This serene adobe masterpiece is nestled in the hills just under pinnacle peak and has breathtaking views from both side of the house, the Great room has a custom piece of furniture that houses the subwoofer and Klipsch soundbar for the surround sound speakers in the front of the room and all equipment is located in the laundry room in a clean wall rack. The amount of automation in this adobe rivals any contemporary house and allows the residence to stay connected from anywhere in the world.

Fully integrated security system including occupancy detection and various lighting interactions through the house in dark areas, all exterior lights are integrated so there is very limited interaction with the home at any time.

Centralized equipment for great room and all 12 audio zones through the home located in on-wall swivel equipment rack for easy access when needed.
Climate Control
Three zones of climate are integrated into the home and allow the customer to cool the house down before the arrive.

Lighting control is prevalent in most common areas of the home’s
interior and exterior including the all the landscape lights. Integration
allows convenient features like never entering a dark hallway or even you
driveway when you pull up.
Pool Control
Jandy Aqualink pool automation system is integrated so the customer can control their pool and spa from any device inside the house or from their mobile devices anywhere in the world.
